The air conditioning was not adjustable. I seemed like I was in a refrigerator, it was so cold. the bedsheet had some stains I did not like. I hope they can improve the room cleaning a bit.

i found the location convenient, with easy access to restaurants and the vibrant little india shopping area (especially mustafa centre). the cleanliness was excellent. gui min ensured my room was super clean each day, a testament to their dedication. the front desk staff was always helpful and friendly, ready to assist with any questions i had.
i noticed that the walls could use a bit more soundproofing as noise occasionally traveled between rooms.

The location proved very convenient. It was very close to the metro, a definite plus for getting around (I used it daily!). The housekeeping was efficient. My room, number 318, remained clean and tidy.
